Rehabilitation
CFH practitioners implement the entire Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) program, along with elements of family psychoeducation and supported employment. IMR, family psychoeducation and supported employment are three evidence-based practices of Psychiatric Rehabilitation — services that promote recovery, community integration and improved quality of life for people diagnosed with mental illness. The IMR program educates clients about their illness, teaches them strategies to cope with stress and prevent relapse.
